Junior Platform for the Stairmate SAS SA-3
The Junior Platform for the Stairmate SAS and SA-3 is a specialised accessory designed to enhance the usability and safety of the Stairmate SAS and SA-3 model, which is a portable wheelchair stair climber.

Fixing the Platform to the Stairclimber SA-S and SA-3
- Place the connecting element of the adapter on the perforated strip of the column, position it at the level of the 1st hole
(counting from the bottom). (Fig. 1 and 2) - Place adapter from the front and fasten it with the screws
(4 pcs., M8x20) against the column (Fig. 3)
Tighten the screws „firmly“. - Hook the adapter from the top into the Junior Platform. (Fig. 4)
- After hooking in the Junior Platform, fit the two locking screws (M6x16) into the holes provided.
Tighten the locking screws „hand-tight“. (Fig. 5) - Fitting of the adapter is now complete and the wheelchair can be fixed on the Junior Platform.
Pay attention that the capacity of the stairclimber SA-S/3 will be reduced by the weight of the Junior Platform (16 kg).
That means the max loading capacity of the stairclimber together with the Junior Platform is only 134 kg SA-S or 144 kg
SA-3 (person plus wheelchair).
