Mental Health First Aid

Make 'Reasonable Adjustments'

Mental Health First Aid will provide the skills and information to better support each member of your company.

Mental Health First Aid

From our base in Livingston, West Lothian in Central Scotland, we offer Mental Health Training Courses that will provide the skills and information to better support each member of your company.

Mental Health issues and conditions affects 1 in 3 people and contributes as one of the highest reasons for staff turnover, decreased productivity and a rise of conflict in the work place.

Our Mental Health First Aid course is a vital training program that teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and offer assistance to people experiencing mental health issues and crises. During the course, participants learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms of different mental health disorders, respond appropriately to crisis situations, and provide emotional support and practical help to those in need.

It is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to help someone experiencing a mental health crisis, as well as to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and encourage more people to seek help.

By completing the Mental Health First Aid course, participants can become a valuable resource in their communities, schools, workplaces, and families, enabling them to help make a real difference in people’s lives.

Mental Health is

The emotional and spiritual resilience which allows us to enjoy life and survive pain, disappointment and sadness. It is a positive sense of well-being and an underlying belief in our own, and others, dignity and worth.
